Director Adam Shankman has confirmed that Tom Cruise will star in the upcoming New Line/Warner Brothers film Rock of Ages. As previously revealed, Cruise will play Jaxx, who sings Bon Jovi’s “Wanted Dead or Alive” in the theater production that Rock of Ages is adapted from.
