Of those new show premieres, CBS holds the top five spots among households and viewers and three of the top spots among Adults 18-49. The top-rated new show premiere this fall among households and viewers is Hawaii Five-O which debuted with an 8.9/15 HH rating/share, 14.199M viewers and a 3.9/11 A18-49 rating.
Hawaii Five-O is tied for second place with Mike & Molly among adults 18-49, with both shows finishing just a tenth of a point behind the A18-49 leader $#*! My Dad Says (4.0/12 A18-49 rating/share).
To put it simply, CBS crushed its competition, averaging an 8.0/13 HH rating/share, 12.839M viewers and a 3.4/10 A18-49 rating/share for its five series. Here are the series premiere averages for NBC, ABC, Fox and The CW:
- NBC: 5.8/10 HH rating/share [#2], 9.283M viewers [#2] and a 2.9/8 A18-49 rating/share [#2].
- ABC: 4.8/8 HH rating/share [#3], 7.583M viewers [#3] and a 2.2/6 A18-49 rating/share [#4].
- Fox: 3.4/5 HH rating/share [#4], 5.668M viewers [#4] and a 2.3/6 A18-49 rating/share [#3].
- The CW: 2.1/3 HH rating/share [#5], 3.294M viewers [#5] and a 1.3/4 A18-49 rating/share [#5].
