Chelsea Handler announced yesterday during her E! late-night show Chelsea Handler that she will host the MTV 2010 Video Music Awards [via Zap2It]:
Handler made the announcement on her talkshow Wednesday (Aug. 18). “The MTV Video Music Awards will be on Sunday, Sept. 12 and everybody knows when you think of rap music and hip-hop, you think of ‘Chelsea Lately.’ And that’s why I’ll be hosting them,” Handler jokes.
