THR’s Heat Vision blog is reporting that Jason Segal has signed on to star as the human lead in Disney’s Muppets movie. Segal (“How I Met Your Mother”) co-wrote the script with Nicholas Stoller THR also reports that the actor/writer has also joined the project as a producer.
James Bobin is on board to direct the film.
