Ron Perlman will replace Mickey Rourke as Corin, Conan’s father, in Marcus Nispel’s Conan. Rourke had to pass on the project after he was cast in Universal’s War of the Gods.
Conan begins filming later this month in Bulgaria. The film stars Jason Momoa (“Stargate Atlantis”) in the title role and is expected to be released next year.
