The Sopranos creator David Chase will make his feature film directing debut with an untitled coming-of-age drama set in the 60s about a group of men who form a rock band. Chase wrote the script and will direct for Paramount Vantage. The film will begin production in late summer/early fall.
This willl be Chase’s first project since HBO’s The Sopranos went off the air in 2007.
