A&E has renewed the reality series Steven Seagal: Lawman for a second season. The network picked up 16 episodes of the series, a 3-episode increase over the first season. Filming for the second season took place during Mardi Gras in New Orleans:
“It presents some unique challenges to the police force and Seagal; there’s such a high volume of people you never quite know what you’re going to get,” said executive producer Robert Sharenow.
Season 1 of Lawman averaged a solid 2.1 million viewers, with 1.3 million within the key A18-49 demographic.
