With its Monday take of $2.701 million, Avatar moves to $598.453 million domestically and is now within just $2.335 million of Titanic‘s domestic all-time record of $600.788 million. Avatar will become the new all-time domestic record holder sometime tonight. Overseas the film is at $1.447 billion for a worldwide cume of $2.045 billion.
