Fox is making a couple changes to its 2010 schedule. First and foremost, on January 11, 2010 the network will air an original episode of Fringe following a new House. The network is no doubt hoping to boost the ratings of the show, which has been struggling this season in its new Thursday time slot.
Meanwhile, Fox has also announced that Human Target and American Idol will flip time periods on Wednesday nights. The show is still set to launch on Sunday, January 17th at 8:00 p.m. followed by a post-Idol boost on Wednesday, January 20th at 9:00 p.m. However, instead of continuing to air out of ‘Idol’, Human Target will instead move to 8:00 p.m. beginning January 27th.
And lastly, the new comedy Sons of Tucson will now premiere on Sunday, March 14th at 9:30 p.m. with The Cleveland Show staying in its current 8:30 p.m. time slot. Fox’s original schedule had Sons of Tucson taking over The Cleveland Show’s time slot and The Cleveland Show moving post-Family Guy.
