WWE and USA Network Announce Long Term Deal

Update on The Three Musketeers 3D

Producer Jeremy Bolt (Resident Evil: Afterlife) told ComingSoon.net that they are looking to begin filming on The Three Musketeers 3D in September 2010.

The Three Musketeers 3D will be directed by Paul W.S. Anderson.

ABC Close To Charlie’s Angels Pilot Order

Variety is reporting that ABC is close to giving a pilot order to a modern version of the classic 1976-1981 TV series Charlie’s Angels.  Josh Friedman (Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles) is onboard to write and executive produce the new series.

New Caprica Showrunner + New Poster

Paranormal Activity Passes $100 Million

Paramount Pictures has issued a press release noting that Paranormal Activity has passed $100 million domestically (it’s currently at $103.8 million).

In passing $100 million, Paranormal Activity has become the top grossing R-rated horror/thriller over the past decade. Check out the full press release after the jump.

Filming on Thor Will Begin in January

Production Weekly is reporting that filming on Kenneth Branagh’s Thor is scheduled to begin in LA mid-January, 2010.  Filming will then move to Santa Fe, New Mexico in March till late-April.

Thor is scheduled to hit theaters on May 20, 2011.
