New Avatar TV Spot

During Game Six of the World Series , 20th Century Fox debuted a new TV spot for James Cameron’s upcoming 3D sci-fi epic Avatar.  The 30-second shot contains some new content and you can check it out for yourself, embedded after the jump.

The Mentalist and NCIS: Los Angeles Sold Into Syndication

TNT has purchased the off-network syndication rights to the CBS sophomore drama The Mentalist.  The deal is said to be worth between $2.2 and $2.3 million per episode.  The series will begin running weekly on TNT beginning in the fall of 2011, followed by a full launch in 2012.
