ABC has released a new trailer for the upcoming sixth and final season of Lost. As expected, the trailer contains no new footage from the upcoming season. ABC was reportedly convinced by producers not to show any new footage before the show premieres. We’ll see if ABC sticks to that policy over the coming months. ABC has announced the season premieres for half-hour comedies Scrubs and Better Off Ted. Columbia Pictures has hired Etan Cohen (Tropic Thunder) to write a third installment in the Men in Black franchise. Despite the hire, there are no plans in place yet for stars Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones, although Variety reports that Columbia Pictures likely wouldn’t have greenlit the project without their expected involvement.
