While speaking on the Alice in Wonderland panel, director Tim Burton revealed that his next project will be Dark Shadows. This was actually rumored to be the case way back in December of last year (see related story).
Dark Shadows is based on the 1960’s supernatural TV show by Dan Curtis. It ran from 1966-1971. Johnny Depp is, of course, attached to play Barnabas Collins (played by Jonathan Frid in the original), the vampire patriarch of the series.
