Warner Bros. and Leonardo DiCaprio’s production company Appian Way are moving forward with a film based on the iconic TV series Twilight Zone, hiring Rand Ravich to write a script. The film has been in development at Warner Bros. for nearly a year (see related story). This will be WB’s second crack at adapting the property to the big screen. The studio released Twilight Zone: The Movie in 1983 with Steven Spielberg and John Landis producing and directing segments. Unlike that version, this new film isn’t expected to be based around multiple episodes, but instead may perhaps expand on one more of the episodes.
