Ryan Reynolds (X-Men Origins: Wolverine) has been tapped by Warner Bros. to take on the title role of the studio’s upcoming live-action adaptation of the DC Comics property Green Lantern, Variety reports. Just last night THR reported that Reynolds was among those narrowed down to play the role.

JoBlo has nabbed an exclusive first look at the upcoming 20th Century Fox stop-motion animated film The Fantastic Mr. Fox from Wes Anderson. The photo gives us our first look at Mr. Fox (George Clooney), Mrs. Fox (Meryl Streep) and Badger (Bill Murray).

Warner Bros. has reportedly narrowed down the field of actors to take on the role of Green Lantern in the studio’s upcoming DC Comics film to three: Bradley Cooper, Ryan Reynolds and Justin Timberlake.
