Paramount Pictures has released the full list of all the robots that will be appearing in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (June 24, 2009). Paramount Pictures and MTV Games today announced a new promotional partnership for Star Trek (May 8, 2009) with the popular video game Rock Band.

The Reading Eagle is reporting that filming on M. Night Shyamalan’s The Last Airbender will get underway in Reading, Pennsylvania this Thursday:
Most of the work for the Paramount picture this week will take place at the Pagoda on Mount Penn, following the company’s return Monday after 15 days in Greenland.

During Sony’s ShoWest presentation, Sony Pictures Entertainment president Rory Bruer revealed that the studio is developing a third installment in the Men in Black franchise. Bruer also mentioned Ghostbusters 3 and says that both it and Men In Black 3 will be joining Spider-Man 4 for summer 2011.

After an astonishing 72 years and more than 15,700 episodes on radio and television, Guiding Light is coming to an end. CBS informed the cast and crew on Wednesday that the soap opera’s last show will be broadcast on Friday, September 18, 2009.

Fox is in the process of finalizing a deal with actress/comedian Wanda Sykes for a new late-night show that will air on Saturday night’s. The hour-long series, slated to premiere in the fall, will succeed the recently canceled sketch comedy series Mad TV, which is going off the air after 13 seasons.

Columbia Pictures has released the second trailer for Ridley Scott’s The Taking of Pelham 123, which stars Denzel Washington and John Travolta. Check it out after the jump.
