Broadcast TV Ratings for Sunday, March 23, 2008

CBS and ABC shared the top spot on Easter Sunday, with CBS coming out on top among households and ABC ahead among both viewers and adults 18-49.

CBS was strengthened by a one-hour overrun of NCAA Tournament coverage (the nights most-watched program among households and viewers), while ABC saw solid numbers from its reality lineup, including the nights most-watched program among adults 18-49 Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.

CBS finished in first place for the evening with a 5.5/10 household rating/share, but was second among viewers (8.68 million) and among adults 18-49 (2.5/7 rating/share).
