Fox Reshuffles 2008 Film Schedule

Less than a day after Paramount announces plans to shift several of their 2008 film releases (headlined by the pushing back of Star Trek to 2009–article here), Fox has moved several of their 2008 films as well.  Details after the jump.

CBS Renews 11 Series for the 2008-09 Season

CBS has renewed 11 series for the new season.  The 11 series are Cold Case, Criminal Minds, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, CSI: Miami, CSI: NY, Ghost Whisperer, NCIS, Numb3rs, The Big Bang Theory, Two and a Half Men and Without a Trace.

The CW has canceled its experimental teen-targeted entertainment news mag CW Now, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

“Star Trek” Pushed Back to May, 2009, Plus Studio Reshuffles Film Lineup

This one came out of nowhere. Paramount has detailed plans to shuffle several of their upcoming major releases. Star Trek, originally set to hit theaters on December 25, 2008, is being pushed back to May 8, 2009.
