Broadcast TV Ratings for Thursday, September 13, 2007

Led by Big Brother, CBS takes the evening with another solid performance.

Note: President Bush’s address on Iraq ran from about 9:00-9:20 p.m. ET, so the numbers from 9:00 p.m. and forward (for ABC, CBS, FOX and NBC) are approximate and the final half-hour or so of most programming occured outside of primetime (i.e. after 11:00 p.m.), except for those on the west coast, who watched regular programming.

CBS finished in first place for the evening with a 5.7/10 household rating/share, 8.42 million viewers and a 2.5/8 rating/share among adults 18-49.

Fox followed in second place for the evening with a 3.9/7 household rating/share, 6.26 million viewers and a 1.9/6 among adults 18-49.

ABC finished in third place for the evening with a 3.1/5 household rating/share and 4.27 million viewers, but was fourth among adults 18-49 with a 1.4/4 rating/share.

NBC followed in fourth place for the evening with a 2.7/5 household rating/share and 4.01 million viewers, but managed a third place finish among adults 18-49 with a 1.6/5 rating/share.

The CW was left then in fifth place earning a 1.6/3 household rating/share, 2.35 million viewers and a 0.9/3 rating/share among adults 18-49.
