Another studio is joining the Xbox Live Video Marketplace. Fox has signed on to distribute several of their films and shows. Their participation will begin with the launching of Family Guy on the service.
They join already signed on studios Disney, Lionsgate, New Line, Paramount, Warner Bros. and TV shows from CBS, NBC, Universal and MTV Networks.
Xbox Live will launch the first two seasons of Family Guy next week, along with the direct-to-DVD film Family Guy Presents Stewie Griffin — The Untold Story. This marks the first time that Family Guy episodes have been available to own digitally. Other seasons will be added at a later date, and new episodes will be up on the service the day after they air.
