“Saving Grace” Renewed For Season 2

TNT has renewed Saving Grace for a second season, making the order for 15 more episodes after only 3 aired episodes.

The series debuted very strongly back on July 23rd (click for related story), becoming the year’s top-rated ad-supported cable premiere. Though it slid in week two (3.7/6 HH rating, 5.374 million viewers and a 1.3/4 A18-49 rating), its overall ratings remain strong and it is proving to be much more compatible with its dominant lead-in (The Closer) than other shows TNT has positioned in the time slot.

The Helly Hunter starring series airs Monday nights at 10:00 p.m. on TNT.
