Seth Rogen Attached to “The Green Hornet”

Variety is reporting an interesting bit of casting news on Columbia’s The Green Hornet. The studio has tapped Seth Rogen (Knocked Up) to write and produce and likely star in the action film, which dates back to the 1930s, where it began its life as a radio serial (1936-1952).

20th Century Fox Pulls Out Of Comic-Con

20th Century Fox has pulled out of this years Comic-Con event in San Diego.  The announcement was made by the studio’s vice president of national publicity, who told the LA Times that “the material wasn’t ready and we only want to go out when we can put our best foot forward.”

The CW Reveals 2007 Fall Primetime Schedule

The CW has released their 2007 fall schedule, announcing premiere dates for most all of their series, save the few they are holding until mid-season. The network also announced that they’ve reached a deal with Tyra Banks that will keep the America’s Next Top Model on the air through the 2009-10 season.

ABC Adjusts Summer Schedule

ABC announced that they are shifting their Monday and Tuesday night lineups effective August 6. Additionally, the network has ordered an additional 13 episodes of Just for Laughs.
