During the TCA press tour, David Duchovny spoke about prospects of a second installment of The X-Files movie, indicating that it’s closer to becoming a reality.
Duchovny said that he’s “supposed to see a script next week”, adding that creator Chris Carter and Frank Spotnitz wrote the screenplay and the film will be directed by Carter. And co-star Gillian Anderson is “on board”.
