With the show having been uncanceled, the first phase of increasing audience begins this Summer. CBS has announced that they will be running repeats of the first season on Friday nights.
Jericho returns to the network on Friday, July 6 with a repeat airing of the pilot (from 9:00-10:00 p.m.). Then, the following Friday CBS will air the special “Return to Jericho” at 8:00 p.m., which recapped the first 11 episodes of the season, followed by the 12th episode at 9:00 p.m.
The remaining summer broadcasts will consist of episodes 13-22.
It’s unclear whether airing the show at 9:00 p.m. on Friday’s is a clue as to where it’ll air next season. We do know that the time slot is open since CBS has canceled the previous time slot occupant Close to Home.
