NFL’s First Week Schedule Announced

The NFL have announced the slate of games for the opening week of football, with the regular season officially kicking off Thursday, September 6.

That game will have the defending Super Bowl champion Indianapolis Colts hosting the New Orleans Saints on NBC. Kickoff is scheduled for 8:30 p.m. ET.

New Broadcast Team for Monday Night Football

Current ESPN football analyst Ron Jaworski will be replacing Joe Theismann in the booth during the networks Monday Night Football broadcast, the network announced today.

The game will now be called by Jaworski, Mike Tirico and analyst Tony Kornheiser in the booth while current sideline reporters Suzy Kolber and Michele Tafoya will stay in place.

Hugo Weaving To Voice Megatron

According to IESB, Hugo Weaving (V for Vendetta, Matrix) has signed to lend his voice as Megatron in the upcoming film, Transformers.
