Fox takes another week on the strength of American Idol and is one of only two networks to post yearly gains.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, actress Cate Blanchett (Notes on a Scandal, The Good German) has signed on to star in the fourth installment of Indiana Jones (title still not known).

The returning lineup of Ugly Betty and Grey’s Anatomy along with the successful series launch of October Road propels ABC to the top spot with ease last night. In other series premiere news, Andy Barker, P.I. starts off poorly, while Raines is solid (both on NBC).
