There are rumors that NBC has cut the order of the drama/comedy “The Singles Table” from its original 13 episode order to a six episode order (the pilot plus five new episodes).

CBS is teaming up with reality hit producer Mark Burnett (“Survivor”, “The Apprentice”, “The Contender”, “Rockstar”) for a pirate-themed reality series with the hopes of a premiere launch in the summer of 2007.
The program will take place on both land and at sea, and be faithful to certain pirate related traditions.

A first for daytime television soaps, NBC will stream full episodes of “Passions” at their NBC.com website in a free ad-supported format.
“As we have shown with our prime-time programming, adding digital extensions to our shows is immensely popular,” said Jeff Gaspin, president, NBC Universal Cable Entertainment, Digital Content, and Cross-Network Strategy in announcing the move. [...]
