ESPN was the top rated ad-supported cable network last week, averaging a 2.5 household rating (2.31 million households) and 3.01 million total viewers in prime time. CBS takes the win in households, viewers and A25-54, while ABC comes away with the win in A18-34 and A18-49 and has the top rated program in all categories (“Grey’s Anatomy”)

Taking in an estimated $34.300M (All data based on Studio Estimates. Weekend actuals will be released Monday afternoon. Any comparisons will be using actual data.), “Saw III” easily won the weekend and topped the franchise’s previous two openings ($31.726M for Saw II and $18.276M for Saw).
The film opened in 3,167 theaters.
